Elle is an experienced HR professional with a well-rounded background in human resources, employee benefits, and data analysis.

She has five years of experience administering a variety of compensation, retirement, healthcare, and supplemental employee benefit plans. This includes policy and plan design, data analysis, negotiation of vendor contracts, and financial auditing.

Additionally, Elle recognizes the importance of evolving with new technology in every area of business. After pursuing masters level coursework in business data analytics at Maryville University, she managed several large HR technology migration projects.

Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing and social media management strategy. She has a decade of experience managing social media and leading a successful marketing team. Rebecca graduated with a degree in marketing and continues her knowledge in marketing and social media to stay current on all the latest technology.
