About Our team

Elisa Courter, CEO


Elisa has her MBA in Human Resources Management from Webster University, and over ten years of experience in various HR roles, including benefits, business development, and management. 

She has a passion for helping others and going above and beyond with each task. Elisa strives to create a positive and supportive work environment.

It is Elisa's goal to help companies understand HR policies and laws and create effective and efficient processes to ensure a more safe, productive, and profitable work environment.

Jessica Papp, Accounting Manager

Jessica has been in the accounting industry for nearly 2 decades. She is a certified payroll professional, with an extensive knowledge of payroll taxes and processes. Jessica has worked with several different accounting and payroll programs (such as ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, and more), along with other various software crucial to operating one's business. Her goal is to not only assist with financial data entry, but to understand your companies' goals and provide the structure and understanding to help achieve those goals. Jessica's dad, step-dad and grandfathers all served in the U.S. Military, which she is very proud of. She has three children, her oldest is in her third year of college. Her middle is a recent high school graduate, and her youngest is starting his Junior Year. 

Rebecca Grandidier, Social Media & Marketing

Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing and social media management strategy. She has a decade of experience managing social media and leading a successful marketing team. Rebecca graduated with a degree in marketing and continues her knowledge in marketing and social media to stay current on all the latest technology. 

Skye Smith, HR Assistant

 Skye is a dedicated HR professional with over five years of experience in human resources. She holds an MBA from St. Louis University and a PHR certification from HRCI. With a diverse background across various industries and HRIS systems, Skye is committed to providing comprehensive support and contributing to her team's success.
